Maintain Personal Hygiene

It’s important to wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds. Sanitize your hands after coming in contact with commonly touched surfaces like a countertop or doorknob. Do not touch your face, eyes, nose or mouth as these are the first entry-points for the virus. Keep your nails clean and cut. Avoid handshakes or hugs with outsiders.
