Job description :

  • Reaching out to new customers and explaining to them the benefits of the product and giving demos.
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  • Participating in conferences/seminars to generate leads.
  • Making outbound calls on leads.
  • Creating a database of existing and new clients.
  • Managing existing leads through regular follow-ups and closing the same.
  • Adhering to quality standards.
  • Tracking customer feedback for continuous improvement and converting them into action plans.
  • Tracking what is happening in the industry and competition.

Qualifications and Skillset :

  • Preferably from a B2B background with sales experience in Ayurveda/Medical company. Medical device sales experience is an advantage.
  • Work experience across diverse regions/states in the country preferred.
  • Good Network/connections in hospitals and pathology labs.
  • Ability to understand customer problems and work out creative and intelligent solutions.
  • Comfortable working with a lack of defined structure or process.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Local candidates (from the respective city) with knowledge of the local language preferred.

Job description :

  • Creating a database of potential customers.
  • Generating leads by calling Ayurveda doctors from available databases and pitching the product to them – making 40-50 customer calls per day.
  • Populate and maintain leads in the customer database/CRM.
  • Keeping track of leads and regular follow-ups.
  • Frequent conversations with existing and potential customers to update our services/take feedback.
  • Sending emailers and SMS.
  • Daily Reports Maintaining on calls done, customer response and next action using the CRM

Job description :

  • Taking charge of all key aspects of marketing for NadiTarangini – be it packaging, pricing, communication, website design, tie-ups etc.
  • Executing the communication/campaign plan across online and offline mediums
    • Organizing launch conferences, CMEs,
    • Handling advertising in relevant mediums – print, digital etc. as the requirement may be
    • Coordination with relevant agencies/associations on design, packaging, conferences and media/advertising
    • Developing all branding material
    • Handling digital media – developing content for website/FB/LinkedIn/Whatsapp and posting the same
    • Developing corporate presentations as and when required
  • Going on the field to meet doctors and get a first-hand customer feedback.
  • Managing existing customers – taking their feedback, addressing queries.
  • Coordination with the sales and product development team on a regular basis.
  • Conducting market research and doing competitive tracking.

Qualifications and Skillset :

  • While an MBA in marketing is required, the industry is no bar. But prior knowledge of Ayurveda/medical marketing would be an advantage.
  • We are looking for someone who has a passion for work and can bring new/unconventional ideas to the table.
  • Strong marketing and research fundamentals along with a basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing are imperative.
  • We work in close collaboration with one another. Everyone chips in and help the other out whenever needed. No task is too big or too small. So being a self-starter, a team player and having the ability to go the extra mile is crucial.
  • Ability to don many hats – be it that of a strategist, researcher, execution specialist, idea generator, writer etc.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to travel for work.
