As a Field Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for visiting client sites to provide timely technical and operational assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues on-spot, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations and high customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site demos of the Nadi Tarangini device at clinics, wellness centers, and events.
- Provide training to doctors and clinic staff on how to use the device and app effectively.
- Offer first-level technical support and troubleshooting for device-related issues.
- Collect feedback from users and share with internal product/support teams.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and usage.
- Maintain records of visits, demos conducted, and customer feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational concerns quickly.
- Educate practitioners on the benefits and features of the product, app, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous exposure to device-based solutions (IoT/Medical Devices) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or field tracking software.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Ability to understand technical features and explain them in simple terms.
- Experience working in the wellness, healthcare, or Ayurveda industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical technology, or a related technical field, with hands‑on experience in demonstrating healthcare devices or software to clinical professionals.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to conduct product demos in person, effectively explain technical features to doctors, troubleshoot live issues, and build trust on the spot
