As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and overseeing customized digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, using analytics-driven insights to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan yearly and quarterly digital marketing calendars across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (A/B testing, CTR, ROAS, CPL
    tracking).
  • Create and optimise lead generation funnels and landing pages (including lead forms).
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Supervise social media content planning (70% video), posting (15+ monthly), and
    performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with video editors and designers to deliver high-quality, engaging creative.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

SEO & Website Optimisation

  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
  • Work with developers to improve website UX, page load speed, and mobile
    Performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Plan and manage email campaigns for offers, webinars, and user engagement.
  • Strategise WhatsApp broadcasts for educational and promotional outreach.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM
    dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Basic understating of marketing
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skill.
  3. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadline.
  4. Creative thinking and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business, communications or related field.
