These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Naditarangini software platform, dashboards, mobile applications, website, hardware devices and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered in the European Union, including Germany.

• The Services are provided as general wellness and lifestyle support tools only

3. No Medical Use – Important Disclaimer
   The Nadi Tarangini system is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (Medical Device Regulation).
   The Services:

• Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Do not provide medication instructions or dosage changes
• Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare professional regarding medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information obtained through the Services

4. Eligibility
   You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity under applicable law
• Use of the Services by minors is not permitted.

5. Account Registration
   To use certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

8. Subscription, Fees and Payments

• Certain Services require payment of subscription or usage fees.
• Prices shown include applicable EU taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
• We do not store payment card data
• Statutory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

• If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, unless:
• The digital service has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right

• Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

14. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
    If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence in the EU.

16. Dispute Resolution and ODR
