Nadi Tarangini is futuristic intelligence at your fingertips. It functions as an integrated system of gadget + mobile or computer application + software + artificial intelligence. It can be used only with the Nadi Tarangini App and software provided by Atreya Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (here onwards termed as Atreya). Please do not attempt to use any of the components with any other application. Create your account on www.naditarangini.com or on the Nadi Tarangini App (download from Google Store).
An active subscription is required to use Nadi Tarangini and generate reports. Usage charges would be governed by the subscription plan opted for. Once you have paid for your desired subscription plan, the system is ready to use.
The subscription will start from the date of sign up or 15 days after delivery, whichever is earlier.
The plan needs to be renewed by the customer before the end of the subscription period so as to enjoy uninterrupted use of Nadi Tarangini.
Atreya may suspend or cancel the services if we don't receive an on time, full payment from you. Suspension or cancellation of the services for non-payment could result in a loss of access to and use of your account and its content.
Atreya reserves the right to change the price of the services at any time. We will notify you regarding the same on the contact details provided by you at the time of signup. If there is a fixed term and price for your service offer, that price will remain in force for the term.
Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're taking part in any trial period offer, you must cancel the services by the end of the trial period to avoid incurring new charges, unless we notify you otherwise. If you don't cancel your services at the end of the trial period, we may charge you for the services.
If Atreya owes you a payment, then you agree to timely and accurately provide us with any information we need to get that payment to you. You're responsible for any taxes and charges you may incur as a result of this payment to you. You must also comply with any other conditions we place on your right to any payment. If you receive a payment in error, we may reverse or require return of the payment. You agree to cooperate with us in our efforts to do this. We may also reduce the payment to you without notice to adjust for any previous overpayment.
You as a customer are free to upgrade to any alternate plan during the subscription period. While upgrading to a new plan, money paid against the existing plan will be adjusted and only the difference needs to be paid. The validity period of the upgraded plan is calculated as new plan time period minus existing days of subscription used.
The money back guarantee (if any) ceases to be applicable on upgradation.
Money Back Guarantee
Money back guarantee (if applicable) is as per the subscription plan chosen by the customer. In order to avail of the same, the customer has to send formal communication to Atreya customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org within the money back period mentioned in the respective plan. Only phone call will not be considered as formal communication.
Money refunded will be to the tune of the amount already paid by the customer provided the device is in full working condition. Ascertaining the working condition of the device is at the sole discretion of Atreya.
If the device is deemed to be fully or partially non-working/damaged as per Atreya, standard damage charges of upto a maximum of Rs. 7500 (depending upon the extent of damage) will apply and the remaining money will be refunded to the customer.
Maintenance will be provided free for the maintenance period mentioned in the subscription plan chosen by you. The maintenance period starts from the date of subscription.
The maintenance clause is valid only if the device is installed and operated correctly. It is not applicable in case of misuse or external damage.
Maintenance will be provided on the hardware in case of a manufacturing defect. In case of any hardware issue, the customer needs to send an email to Atreya Customer support (email@example.com) regarding the same. The parts will be replaced/repaired for free if it is within the maintenance period. Post the free maintenance period, charges (if any) will be applicable only in case the hardware parts need to be replaced/repaired (on account of a hardware issue) and will be decided on a case to case basis.
If the hardware is damaged or faulty upon delivery, photographic evidence of the same must be provided to our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery.
The damaged/defective device must be sent across to the company’s head office i.e. ‘Atreya Innovations Pvt. Ltd., 301, City centre, S.No. 138/1, Hinjawadi Phase 1, Pune, Maharashtra 411057.’
The shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer, which will be adjusted in form of extension of subscription period by 5 days. The days lost during the process of maintenance will be added on to the customer’s subscription period.
